Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the tk899 website located at tk899.io and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered by tk899 (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the tk899 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by every provision contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tk899 Platform and close your account. Eligibility

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with our verification procedures.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing tk899 is lawful in your location before using the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a legal guardianship order are not permitted to register or use the tk899 Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tk899 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary or imposed. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from tk899 or any affiliated platform, you must not attempt to re-register until any mandatory exclusion period has fully expired and the exclusion has been formally lifted by the tk899 support team.
• Own Identity: You must register and play exclusively using your own legal identity. Registering on behalf of another person, using another person's payment methods, or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of tk899 services — including sports betting, live casino, and slots — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of payment method at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by tk899 may result in account restriction or suspension until verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the tk899 support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to the completion of all pending bets and verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. tk899 reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tk899 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods that are familiar and accessible to players in Bangladesh. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted over SSL-encrypted, secure channels.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your tk899 account balance instantly upon confirmation of the transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. There are no deposit fees charged by tk899; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which tk899 bears no responsibility. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to twenty-four hours of the request being submitted, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification. tk899 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawal requests.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the tk899 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). There are no currency conversion fees for players transacting in BDT. If a transaction is initiated in a different currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any applicable conversion fees will be disclosed to you prior to confirmation.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit or withdrawal that is found to be fraudulent, reversed, or charged back by the payment provider will result in the immediate suspension of the associated account. tk899 reserves the right to withhold any winnings derived from funds that are subsequently found to be fraudulent, and to pursue recovery through all available legal channels.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk899 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's terms. tk899 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, provided that such modification does not apply retrospectively to bonuses already accepted and in active use by players.

5.2 Abuse of Bonuses

The use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of automated betting systems to meet wagering requirements, and any other form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. tk899 uses automated fraud detection tools to identify such behaviour. If bonus abuse is detected, tk899 may void all bonus-derived winnings, close the implicated account(s), and permanently ban the user from future promotions.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

tk899 offers special promotions during key cricket seasons including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup, as well as during major Bangladeshi public holidays such as Eid, Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms described in this section and any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the tk899 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant betting rules. The following general betting rules apply to all markets:

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the tk899 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be settled. tk899 reserves the right to void bets that were placed due to a pricing error or system fault.

6.2 In-Play Betting

tk899 offers live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, and other sports. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at tk899's discretion, including during breaks in play, incidents under review, or periods of network instability. tk899 will not be liable for any bets not accepted during a period of in-play suspension.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a result dispute, tk899's decision — made after review of all available evidence — is final. Any bets that cannot be settled due to abandonment, postponement beyond 48 hours, or other qualifying circumstances will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

tk899 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any market at its sole discretion. Any winnings that exceed a stated maximum payout cap will be settled at the cap value. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, will be displayed in the relevant betting market.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tk899's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
